TWO OPENINGS
Summary: Responsible for all aspects of a SBA and non-SBA defaulted-loan portfolio. Develop, negotiate and oversee various restructuring agreements for due diligence. Strategize with counsel for litigation/debt resolution. Manage market and liquidate Other Real Estate Owned. Duties to include the development of detailed credit analysis/recommendations for risk rating, charge off, modifications, extensions and accrual changes. Additional duties include preparing liquidation plans, reviewing foreclosure packages, reviewing appraisals, reviewing environmental reports and working with the SBA National Guaranty Purchase Center.

Essential Duties:
Analyze and evaluate loans assigned for liquidation
Develop strategy and prepare course of action for each loan
Discuss with Special Assets Supervisor recommended courses of action and obtain approvals as necessary
Manage course of action from inception to final recoveries
Prepare internal and external reports as necessary
Analyze borrowers financial condition Bank’s loss exposure
Effective communication verbally and in written form
Organize work processes to maximize productivity and effectiveness of work load
Interact with co-workers, senior and executive management
Timely planning, communication and implementation of required actions
Adhere to Bank policies & procedures

Requirements:

Salary Range $4584.00 - $6667.00/ Monthly
